About the Role
We're looking for a talented Digital Customer Outcome Strategist to lead our customer conduct and outcomes initiatives at Hastings Direct. As a digital insurance provider, we're committed to harnessing data and technology to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Locations: Leicester or Bexhill-on-Sea (Hybrid)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, customer insights, and strategic planning. They will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to enhance customer conduct and outcomes.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
