Cash Office Admin / Receptionist (Part-Time) - Bestway Cambuslang
We now have an opportunity for an admin member to join the team at our Cambuslang branch:
You will be the first point of contact on the phone or in person, and will be responsible for general administration duties, advising customers on the latest promotions to boost sales and making announcements in the branch.
Responsibilities
1. Receiving, processing and reconciling card, cheque and cash payments.
2. Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
3. Advising on current promotions.
4. Chasing up orders.
5. Other admin work.
We’re looking for someone with a head for numbers and an eye for detail, great customer service skills, and an enthusiastic and adaptable approach to carrying out your duties. You will be willing and able to assist with other branch tasks if needed and have a flexible approach to working hours.
In addition to your basic pay, we offer 30 days annual leave pro-rata (including Bank Holidays), company pension, free parking on site, and supportive training and equipment to help you do your role effectively.

2. Salary: £11.49 per hour
3. Rate of pay: Hourly
4. Hours of work: 22 hours over 4 days
5. Shift: TBC
