A small and inclusive special school in the Winchester area is currently seeking a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join its supportive and welcoming team. The school caters for children aged 4 to 11 years with a range of complex needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, speech, language and communication needs, and physical disabilities. The dedicated staff team works collaboratively to create a nurturing, structured, and inclusive environment in which each child is supported to thrive both academically and emotionally. The school has been rated “Good” by Ofsted, with inspectors commending the high-quality care, skilled staff, and the positive, engaging learning environment. Pupils are happy, safe, and encouraged to reach their full potential through tailored learning approaches, therapeutic support, and close collaboration with families.
