One of our partner schools are seeking an organised, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data & Exams Co-ordinator. This essential role offers an opportunity to work in a busy and supportive environment, where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of exams administration and data management across the school. As the Data & Exams Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academy’s Management Information System (MIS), ensuring data is securely collected, recorded, and reported in a timely manner. Your expertise will be vital in supporting the school’s leadership team, managing the daily cover system, and assisting with the effective administration of internal and external examinations. Your role will also involve working closely with various departments to ensure that changes to timetables are implemented and that statutory reporting duties are met, all while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. In addition to your core responsibilities in data management, you will also coordinate the exam entry process, recruit and train invigilators, and ensure that all examination procedures comply with relevant regulations, including those set by the Department for Education (DfE) and exam boards. You will be actively involved in supporting both students and parents by providing key information regarding exam schedules and procedures. We are looking for someone with proven experience in an office or school environment, and a solid understanding of administrative systems, including database management. A level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is essential, and a background in school business management would be advantageous. You should also be proficient in the use of ICT systems, particularly Excel, and possess strong communication skills. A high level of personal organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure will be key to your success in this role.
