Service Advisor \n\nYolk Recruitment are partnered with a well-established automotive retailer, representing some of the world's most renowned and luxurious car brands. They are seeking a Service Advisor to join their team based in Cardiff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service this will be an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading automotive dealership.\n\nAs a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing and repairs.
You will ensure a seamless and professional experience, from booking appointments to final vehicle handover, while maximising sales opportunities and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:\n\nGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their requirements are fully understood.\nProvide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring customers are informed of costs and timeframes.\nPromote additional products and services where appropriate.\nCoordinate workshop bookings and liaise with the technical team to ensure smooth workflow.\nKeep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and notify them of any additional work required.\nHandle payments and invoicing, ensuring correct procedures are followed.\nMaintain and update customer records to support aftersales care and future business.\nEnsure all warranty and goodwill work is documented in line with manufacturer guidelines.\nUphold excellent customer service standards and resolve any queries or complaints effectively.About You:\n\nPrevious experience in a Service Advisor role within an automotive dealership or similar environment.\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly approach.\nAbility to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.\nA proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify business opportunities.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nStrong administrative and organisational skills.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team and liaise with multiple departments.\nIT proficiency, including experience using service booking and CRM systems.\nA full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.What's on Offer?\n\nSalary of £26,000 base with a realistic OTE of £35,000 (Uncapped)\nCareer development opportunities within a reputable automotive dealership.\nA supportive team environment with ongoing training and development.\nThe opportunity to work with a respected and well-established brand. \n\nIf you are an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual looking to take the next step in your automotive career, we'd love to hear from you!\n\nYolk Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer, embracing diversity and encouraging applications from all qualified candidates.
