Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Advisor to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Working Hours:
37.5 PER WEEK
10:00 - 18:00 Shifts - Monday - Thursday
09:00 - 17:00 Shift - Friday
09:00 - 16:00 Shift - Saturday - (Every other with ROD)
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound sales to existing clients
2. Responsible to sell a broad range of products, mirroring customers' needs and wants
3. Account management of appointed VIP clients
4. Negotiating and overcoming sales objections from clients
5. Identifying the needs of the clients and offering the most appropriate product to suit their buying needs
6. Ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of our products that you are retaining, in order to achieve the role requirements
7. Self-motivated and self-taught in continual product knowledge and selling techniques
8. Be positive and polite and maintain professional and ethical working practices at all times
9. Be a company ambassador and advocate of our brand
Specifications:

Compensation:
Basic £23K - Upcapped commission / first 4 weeks a minimum of £500pm bonus
