OneMedical Group are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to OneMedical Group's Support Centre functions (including HR, Finance and Growth) and wider NHS Services Teams by providing project support and undertaking general administration tasks. This role will require the post holder to support with diaries, events and travel arrangements for members of the local and Group leadership teams. With access to sensitive information, the post holder will be trustworthy, discreet and abide by the organisations confidentiality policy. If you have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others, we d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, internal and external events, coordinating travel arrangements and other company logistics Support the Executive team with diary management, emails and meetings where required Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages Help the Executive Team in preparing for and minuting meetings including managing the collation of relevant papers, action log and agendas. Support communication between the Executive Team and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed What we're looking for Proven experience in an administrative or office support role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Location This role will require working from our base office at Bank Top Support Centre, Black Hill Rd, Leeds LS21 1PY. Please note that there is no public transport to our head office, so own transport would be required.
