Role: Process Commissioning Engineer Location: Chatham, Kent Rate: Up to £425 p/d stay Away Allowance - Outside IR35/LTD Company Duration: 18 Months /ongoing Sector: Water/Wastewater Treatment Are you an experienced Process Commissioning Engineer in the water sector? Do you have a background in chemical management of Wastewater & water Recycling schemes? We are seeking an experienced Process Commissioning Engineer to join a team for an immediate start. This role is Outside IR35 and requires full-time availability on-sites in Chatham and the wider Kent area, on behalf of a large Water Utiltiy client. Key Responsibilities: ·Leading and managing the commissioning activities for water and wastewater treatment plants. ·Developing detailed commissioning plans, method statements, and risk assessments. ·Carrying out site-based commissioning of process systems. ·Optimizing system performance to meet design and regulatory requirements. ·Collaborating with designers, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical challenges. ·Conducting system testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation. ·Delivering comprehensive handover documentation and training to end users. Requirements: ·Strong experience in process commissioning, within the water/waste water industries. ·Background and relevant qualification in Chemical Engineering ·Ability to work effectively in a team and lead site-based activities ·Excellent communication skills for liaising with contractors and operations teams ·Comfortable with producing detailed reports and documentation This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project.
