Due to an internal promotion, we’re thrilled to announce a new opening in our dynamic Account Management team.
What You’ll Do
As the newest member of our established Account Management team, you'll play a key role in providing top-notch administrative support and exceptional customer service to our valued clients and internal departments. This is an exciting, fast-paced role where you’ll manage a variety of tasks, ensuring a seamless client experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle all administrative tasks related to site setup and compliance
* Take a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
* Gather and share client feedback, ensuring it reaches the right internal teams for action
* Ensure all sites adhere to our strict code of conduct—ethics is at the heart of everything we do
* Build and nurture strong client relationships via email and phone communication
* Collaborate with internal teams, including tech, service delivery, and customer service, to meet client expectations and deadlines
* Identify growth opportunities that align with our sustainability and social value goals
* Uphold best practices and consistently maintain high standards
* Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and promptly address any issues
Who You Are
* You have experience in a customer-facing role
* You have a proven track record of excelling in office administration tasks
* You thrive on new challenges and are passionate about improving processes to enhance client relationships
* You are ambitious, forward-thinking, and always looking for innovative ways to exceed expectations
* You must be able to legally live and work in the UK
* This role is available as part of a hybrid working environment after initial 3-month training period
Salary: £24,000 with an added commission structure.
Office location: Lancing with hybrid flexibilities.
Our whole organisation benefits from hybrid working (if you want it). We want you to feel part of our team so throughout your first 3-months while you are training you will be based on-site. There is free parking and an EV charging facility.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

* Stage one - call with one of our recruitment team
* Initial Competency Based Interview (either on Teams or in person)
* Presentation (in person so we can give you a tour of the office).
