We're on the lookout for a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to become an integral part of the team of master craftsmen. What You'll Do:
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you won't just check boxes - you'll use your mechanical skills and meticulous eye for detail to thoroughly assess vehicle builds. You'll be at the forefront of leading quality inspections, ensuring safety critical criteria and aesthetic standards are met with precision. Beyond that, you'll conduct Primary Fault Analysis, working closely with teams to analyse faults and drive the creation of 4M reports (Man, Machine, Method, Material) before setting effective rectification actions.

Responsibilities:
1. Leading Quality Inspection
2. Validate safety critical criteria including torques, routing, connections, specification, fitment - 100% overcheck.
3. Validate aesthetic criteria with clear standards.
4. Conducting Primary Fault Analysis
5. Liaising with various teams to conduct 4M analysis (Man, Machine, Method, Material)
6. Right for time approach
7. Ensure operator awareness around standards, communicating standards to all teams.
8. Logging build faults and liaising with build team to drive efficient fault resolution and a “no fault forward” culture.
9. Maturation of Inline Quality processes.
Hours:
Day Shift: Monday - Thursday: 7.30am - 16.15pm and Friday 7.00am - 15.30pm with the opportunity for weekday and Saturday overtime.
