Job summary The post-holder will provide comprehensive and efficient business support to the SWL Estates team. The role will work as part of the Estates team providing support to the Deputy Director of Estates, Lead Estates Managers and Premises Control Manager. This role will support the leases and rent review function for approximately 200 primary care premises in SWL, and is included in the staff structures agreed as part of the management cost savings programme. Practice rent reviews are required legally and are a core function of the ICB. This role ensures that they are processed and in a timely manner, and that the ICB is not overcharged for rent reimbursement Main duties of the job To provide business support the SWL Estates team as a whole, including support for the SWL and Place Estates meetings and ensuring that papers, minutes and diaries are organised and coordinated. To be responsible for collating and maintaining property information to ensure that an up-to-date and comprehensive lease database is held for the system. To provide analytical support to the Lead Estates Managers and Premises Control Manager to support the understanding of the estate in SWL and occupied by SWL trust and primary care providers. To support preparation of monthly reporting of ICS projects to SWL Estates forums and to NHSE. To support the Improvement Grant application process, including maintaining a clear tracker of improvement grants to support the in-year process as well as holding a historic record of outcomes.
