As a Business Support Assistant, you'll support the provision of a timely and high-quality business support service to our Children's Social Work Practitioner Teams in the Stafford District Office.
You'll focus on providing a range of core administrative and financial functions to support practitioners, and you will be a first point of contact for enquiries. You will use departmental databases and financial systems and the full range of Microsoft packages as part of your daily administrative work.

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Monitoring and maintaining ICT systems including the input and retrieval of data
* Producing a range of high-quality documents
* A range of administrative tasks ensuring compliance with business processes and Service Level Agreements
The Ideal Candidate
You'll have:
* NVQ 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
* Experience in working with Microsoft Office packages
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good time management and organisational skills with an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and on your own initiative
