Job summary Due to retirement the Perinatal CMHT are looking for an enthusiastic Team Administrator to join our team in North Derbyshire, based at Scarsdale Clinic, off Newbold Road in Chesterfield. This post is 19 per hours a week. Working pattern :Monday 9-5pm, Tuesday 9-5pm and then the remaining 4 hours can be worked on the any of following days, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. The perinatal mental health service cares for women who are suffering with moderate to severe mental health problems, from the end of the first trimester in pregnancy up until the baby is two years old. The perinatal service works with women and their families from Derby City and North and South Derbyshire - (This post is based in the North Team and will cover the area of North Derbyshire). Main duties of the job The post holder will ensure the delivery of a comprehensive, high quality secretarial/front of house and administrative service to the Perinatal Community Mental Health Service, including speaking with patients to organise appointments, arranging appointment dairies, inputting on electronic patient records, contributing to monthly monitoring reports and the typing/word/processing of letters, minutes, reports, and other routine correspondence. Local induction, along with the Trusts corporate induction, will be provided and there are opportunities available to access training to support the development of your knowledge and skills in this area. Induction will also include shadowing experienced members of the team and regular clinical, managerial and team supervision.
