We are looking for an experienced Deputy Ward Manager with evidence of professional development, who is innovative, motivated, and enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisational skills.

To support the Ward Manager to:
1. Provide effective clinical leadership and management to lead and motivate the team.
2. Promote and monitor quality, safe, and effective practice.
3. Enhance the patient/client experience.
4. Contribute to the delivery of the organisation’s objectives.
The post consists primarily of clinical care delivery and leadership; however, there will be an element of managerial duties as the Deputy Ward Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients, managing and supporting staff, and deputising for the Ward Manager.
