Having had great success hiring apprentices in the past (who are still thriving within the business!), we are welcoming an MSP Lead Generation Apprentice to join our friendly team!
As a managed service provider, we specialise in Voice, Connectivity, IT and Mobile technologies. We provide IT service and support to many companies and have even worked on large projects for organisations such as the NHS.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson Apprenticeship qualification (L3ITTS), delivered by our expert training team at Fibreband.
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire

A typical day in the job
* You will be the in-house expert for Cyber security using Microsoft and Barracuda solutions.
* You will be trained and accredited on various Microsoft and Barracuda courses.
* New business acquisition.
* B2B sale apprenticeship role targeting midlevel and corporate markets.
* You will be expected to self-generate leads, qualify all potential opportunities, manage and develop a growing customer base.
* Achieve and deliver on all set targets and KPIs.
* Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Fibreband.
The training you will receive
* Firebrand’s sector-leading Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson Apprenticeship qualification (L3ITTS) trains apprentices to sell their business’ technical products and services.
* Apprentices will develop approaches to maintaining good customer relations and winning new business through a thorough Business Administrator, Level 3 (A level) understanding of existing and emerging technologies.
* Firebrand's course is delivered either Online (online live instructor led), or face to face in the classroom environment (your choice).
Completion of this apprenticeship will provide learners with the following world-class vendor certifications in addition to the IT Technical Salesperson Level 3 apprenticeship:
* Masterclass 1 – Engaging the Customer.
* Masterclass 2 – Negotiation Skills.
* Masterclass 3 – Becoming the next top seller.

Qualifications
5 x GCSEs Grade A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including English and Maths is essential for this role.

Salary, hours & benefits
* Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
* 22 days holiday + bank holidays.

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in technical sales. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, we’ll continue to support you with further training and progression.

You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
