THE POSITION
We are looking for a highly experienced Content Marketing Professional to join our growing global Sales & Marketing Operations Team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute with precision. You will collaborate across departments to support core business operations, our corporate brand, communications, global growth, trends and internal/external customer needs. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, creative and adaptable to the rapidly evolving B2B environment. This is an on-site position located in our Banbridge HQ Office, where you will collaborate with C-level management to deliver on key business initiatives while driving innovative solutions for current strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Elevate EOS’ reputation as a leading global IT provider by developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and delivers measurable results to key executives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure current and future content is aligned with our customers’ pain points and EOS’ solutions.
3. Build customer trust and loyalty by enhancing and creating content across various channels (including thought leadership, white papers, social media, blog posts, etc.).
4. Define key performance indicators and monitor/report on performance to optimize the content strategy and ROI.
5. Conduct Ideal Customer Profile research to identify needs, preferences and behaviors of targeted personas to adjust content accordingly – building a bespoke buyer journey for our business.
6. Produce high-quality, SEO optimized material that will increase organic traffic and create lead nurturing opportunities.
7. Create and manage content calendar alongside our global marketing team to ensure consistent, timely delivery.
8. Report content performance to leadership with detailed analytics that display how this content contributes to growing revenue and brand awareness.
9. Monitor industry trends to establish fresh, relevant and innovative content with a competitive approach.
10. Champion a consistent brand voice and message across all materials companywide.

THE PERSON
1. Expert in storytelling, brand voice, and content optimization.
2. Eager to produce content that resonates with target audiences and transforming business goals into actionable strategy.
3. Proven experience in B2B content marketing (preferably in the IT space), with a track record of driving measurable business results.
4. Experience in cross-functional collaboration to produce material that meets both marketing and sales objectives.
5. Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing content performance, A/B testing, and tooling to optimize effectiveness.
6. Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
7. Creative problem-solver who can identify opportunities in our current approach.
8. Proven success in creating content that drives business outcomes such as lead generation, customer retention, brand awareness, etc.
9. Proficient in tools such as Google AdWords/Analytics, WordPress, and other Content Management Systems.
10. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills; Model time management and organizational abilities.
11. A minimum 3rd level qualification in marketing and 4+ years experience.
