Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE

A highly motivated and experienced Polish Speaking Health, Safety and Compliance Officer is sought after to join a well-established company. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees while supporting compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Motivate staff to adhere to health and safety practices
* Performance monitoring and compliance
* Collating statistical information for health and safety management
* Evidence compliance within auditing
* Undertake inspections on-site and working at heights
* Present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets
* Develop a robust management system and assist senior staff in leading health and safety initiatives
What They Are Looking For In a New Candidate
* A strong background in health, safety, and compliance, preferably within an industrial or construction environment
* Polish Language skills would be an asset but are not essential
* The ability to influence and motivate employees at all levels
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting purposes
* Experience with risk assessments, audits, and safety training programs
* Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
