Associate Architect Job in Bermondsey, London
available, with an AJ100 practice in London. You will be joining a dedicated team to work on conservation and heritage schemes throughout all RIBA stages. This role offers a range of benefits and hybrid working.

This position is for an Associate Architect with conservation experience, you will ideally be working towards or already have a Conservation Accreditation.
Role & Responsibilities
1. To join a dedicated team to work on and deliver heritage and conservation schemes across all RIBA stages in London
2. Manage and guide your own team throughout projects
3. To be involved in new business development and working winning for the studio
4. Work within a team and support Senior Associates on each project.
Required Skills & Experience
5. Part III qualified with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience
6. AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation desirable
7. Strong experience working on listed and historical buildings
8. Excellent design and technical knowledge
9. Experience in delivering projects throughout all project stages
10. Have a strong understanding of the UK building and planning regulations
11. Proven experience across all RIBA stages
12. Strong experience in business development and work winning, including bidding
13. Project management and project running experience
14. AutoCAD skills are essential, and Revit and NBS is very desirable
15. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
