Our Fund and Property Accounting business provides integrated services for the back office needs of sophisticated Real Estate managers and their funds. Daily Responsibilities and Short-Term Projects: The Analyst will work in conjunction with senior sales staff in helping develop sales strategies, segment the market, develop sales collateral, and engage in sales presentations. He/She will be exposed to all facets of the business. This opportunity will provide the analyst with a solid understanding of the sales process and, at the same time, teach him/her how the Real Estate market operates. In addition to the Sales team this analyst will support the other areas of the business in other areas such as the global P&L. High profile role with significant exposure to global senior leadership. Some additional functions · Assist with customizing client presentation decks to allow for a custom client approach · Formulate messaging for the IA&R business. Coordinate across functional areas to articulate and distribute the message · Assist with organizing client events for clients and influencers · Revise collateral material in line with key messages · Work closely with the business on ad hoc projects, including RFPs, and Due Diligence Questionnaires. Long Term Projects: · Organize and drive development of a full segmentation across Real Estate market. · Gather information about fund contacts, providers and assist in assignment in order to allow sales to be much more targeted in approach. · Create Influencer documentation by product for internal and external influencer community. Conduct basic financial analysis. · Use of financial tools for analytics and problem solving. · Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. · Ability to interpret multiple sources of data to create threads of opportunity or value creation. · Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
