Expert Construction are working in partnership with this prominent Renewable consultancy, based in the Limavady area. Currently they are working on the construction of a wind farm, a solar farm and a grid-scale battery, with additional projects in the pipeline and are looking for a Project Administrator to join the team. Our Client are a micro-business that has been responsible for managing the construction of a large percentage of renewable power generation in Northern Ireland since 2018 and a significant amount in Scotland and the Republic of Ireland. All current projects are in Northern Ireland. They are keen to make work fit around the lives of our employees and are comfortable with flexibility. They focus on achieving results, finding solutions and ultimately making renewable energy as environmentally and economically beneficial as possible for their clients and for the public. Minimum Requirements Proficiency in MS suite Attention to detail Ability to self-manage and deliver results on time Excellent communication skills Ability to read and understand contracts Ability to apply logic and understand project time-schedules and costs Desirable: Knowledge of construction management Knowledge of farming Post-secondary education/experience in engineering, construction, environment, renewable s and/or project management Tasks Preparing regular reports Managing cost, planning, contract, risk, land and communication registers Collating data room files Managing project documentation Organising and taking minutes for meetings Communicating with clients and project stakeholders Preparing license/market applications Logistics: Pay as per Principle Statement, dependent on experience/knowledge Flexible hours but availability during daytime meetings required Office based in Limavady flexible/hybrid working can be arranged For further information on this role, please contact Kevin on or forward a CV using the link below.
