They have some huge growth plans including an office in a fantastic location in Dubai and will offer training and support to help you achieve your's and the company's goals. The role is available on a commission-only basis with 50% - 60% of the fee paid to yourselves.
Due to the fast pace and growth of the Dubai Real Estate market, a 6 figure salary is highly achievable in the 1st 12 months.
The successful Real Estate Agent will be offered:
1. This is a commission-only position with 50% - 60% commission paid on property completion
2. £80,000 - £100,000 OTE tax-free in your first year – top earners can earn up to £300,000 tax-free!
3. Paid on a weekly basis

Real Estate Agent requirements:
9. Driven and hungry, with a strong work ethic to achieve results
10. Passion for property
11. Experience within the property industry isn't essential to be considered for this position but would be an advantage
12. Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business
13. Excellent customer service
14. Driving licence
15. Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful
As a Real Estate Agent, your duties will involve the following:
16. Booking and attending Valuations
17. Arrange and conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.
18. Negotiating
19. Building your own brand using social media and networking events
20. Manage and build strong customer relationships
21. Marketing your properties with the assistance of the in-house marketing team
22. Arrange and attend meetings with buyers /sellers
23. Maintain records using the internal company CRM and software
24. Coordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deals until the moment of payment by the buyer
25. Gaining and understanding of developers and their products
26. Qualifying leads, both buyers and owners
27. Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape
