Prodrive Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Administrator/Service Co-ordinator to join their clients busy office. This is a full time position, working 35 hrs per week - Monday to Friday, with a generous 6 weeks holiday and an annual Performance Related bonus.
The Role
* Assist customers with enquiries both over the phone and via email/ online messaging.
* Clear and transparent communication to customers and the team.
* Ordering of Parts for equipment and posting them out to Engineers as necessary.
* Raising calls on internal CRM software for any faults/repairs.
* Raising quotations for repairs, obtaining Purchase Orders and Scheduling engineers.
* Invoice completed Faults/Agreed Repairs/Parts.
* Despatch parts for Customers via couriers or postal services..
* Provide cover for other team members during leave/absence.
* General team support.
* Contribution to and focus on continuous business improvement.
* Due to the nature of the role, you may need to be flexible about start and finish times and working additional hours.

* Confident communicator, accurate, approachable, flexible and ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:
* Due to location, a Full current UK driving licence and own transport will be necessary
