Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Qualified Social Worker to join the busy team at Wakefield Council Adult's Hospital Team. To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience. You will deliver exceptional social care to the adults we are supporting and their carers and promote choice and control as much as possible. The team is looking to appoint an individual who is enthusiastic to engage in adopting strengths based, person centered assessments. You will engage in outcomes focused and preventative conversations which build on the strengths of people and their local networks. You will predominantly be supporting with hospital discharges at either our sites at Pinderfields or Dewsbury District Hospitals. What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker: Social Work England registration Eligible to work in the UK. Hold a full UK license.
