Position: Youth Employment Project Lead Pay: £15.24 per hour (£23,774.40 per annum) Location: YMCA Norfolk Offices with an element of home working Contract Type: Fixed term until 9th September 2026 Hours per week: 30 hours per week until 31st August 2025, then 20 hours per week from 1 September 2025 until 9th September 2026 Job Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced youth worker to become our new Youth Employment Project Lead You will oversea the operation of our youth employment-based services, working to build positive relationships with local employers to enable young people within our housing services to gain meaningful work experience placements, volunteering opportunities, or even paid work.
