Job Purpose and Summary Lead Accounting function with end-to-end responsibility on reporting (US GAAP/BOBI FRS/TFRS/VUK), month end closing and yearly audits.Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals on AP, Treasury, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting.What we giveLead Financial Reporting.Execute month end closings with excellence.Own year-end external audits, ensuring 100% compliance with the standards, be a key point of contact for external auditors for statutory audit purposes.Own Canon Internal controls and SOX complianceOwn high quality Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation process.Own Pay-to Procure cycle ensuring 100% compliance vs. Internal Controls.Coordinate System & Development Projects with regional Orion team, proactively raise issues/new requirements, follow up resolution.What we askOver 10 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Reporting Functions.Significant experience in AUDIT and TAX departments, preferably within Big 4 audit and tax consultancy companies.Proficiency in Oracle System Infrastructure and Hyperion.In-depth knowledge of Tax Regulations, including Temporary Tax, Corporate Tax Filing, VAT, WHT, and Stamp Tax.Self-motivation and commitment to the quality of work produced.Previous experience in a managerial role leading a team in a multinational company.Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English.Strong MS Office skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.Power BI and Hyperion knowledge is preferred.You will needHybrid Working – 2 days from the office.
