Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant and driven Service Administrator to join our team at Edinburgh Parks. Reporting to the Service - Team Leader, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the warranty and repair work for our employees and contractors.
Your key responsibilities in the role will include but are not limited to:
1. Responding to customer queries regarding service work
2. Coordinating job schedules and bookings
3. Organising site glazing via the V6 system
4. Following up on order details with stakeholders of the business
5. Maintaining accurate record-keeping
6. Continuously finding new ways to improve systems and efficiencies
You will have:
1. Ability to multi-task and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
2. Be resilient and an out-of-the-box problem solver
3. High levels of initiative to work autonomously and in a team
4. Good attention to the little details
5. Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
