Then this is the job for you We deliver our health visiting service across 6 Localities within the beautiful County of Cornwall. We work from the border with Devon covering areas such as Bude, Launceston, Liskeard down as far as Helston and Penzance. We are specifically looking to cover Health Visitor posts in the Camborne, Redruth, Falmouth, Truro, Bodmin Areas. However If you are interested in working in another area of Cornwall please contact us as posts may become available in the future. Most teams are based together with our Early Help and Social Care colleagues, and we all record on the same electronic record which really helps communication and coordination. We provide an evidence based, family centre public health service, which focuses on identifying health needs and vulnerability within the family and community. We have a variety of full and part time posts across the whole County, which will be dependent of need within the Localities and the final identified posts will be discussed at interview. The Role: Children’s Community Health Services in Cornwall Council deliver the commissioned Healthy Child Programme. You will join our experienced teams in leading and delivering the Healthy Child programme to the children and families within Cornwall. You should be able to work alone and in a team with an ability to maintain electronic records.
