Job Description Legal Administrator NG1, Nottingham - No on-site parking available £23,500 per annum Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join our client’s team in Nottingham. We are seeking a highly organised and experienced administrator, with prior experience in a legal setting being beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Processing Legal Aid applications, including amendments. Managing invoices in line with office protocols. Maintaining online diaries, including scheduling hearings and tracking filing dates. Highlighting hearings and meetings for proper allocation. Following up on outstanding documents. Drafting standard letters and basic court documents. Coordinating client appointments. Communicating with clients, courts and professionals via email, phone and in-person. Managing the opening and closing of physical files. Taking minutes during meetings. Requirements: Minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative or similar role. Exceptional organisational skills. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and records.
