The role:
The role has been created due to continued growth within the education sector and the need for support within a client-focused team. There will be wider opportunities within commercial and residential down the line.
This highly regarded professional company offers cost management, project management, employer's agent and contract administration, alongside other related advisory services. Their clients include charities, developers, end-users, education providers, leisure operators, and financial institutions.
The role will see you work in a close-knit team, focusing on client solutions where you will be guided and supported by an Associate. You will be given a breadth of projects to be involved with and run, including a nice diversity between pre and post-contract. These projects, along with your and the company's commitment, will provide a great platform to build your career within a progressive, people-centric company.
About you:
You will have a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying and a good grounding in the built environment, ideally within a client or consultancy. You should be capable and competent in running your own project portfolio and reporting on them to internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that you have worked with JCT or potentially NEC forms of contract. Ideally, you will be professionally qualified or wish to gain your Membership with the RICS.
