Job Purpose
* Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest quality service is always delivered
* Run audits from planning to completion, championing compliance at every step
* Build strong rapport with clients, acting as their go-to person
* Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients, handling queries effectively
* Provide mentorship to junior staff on-site by supervising and reviewing work
* Keep up to date with audit regulations and emerging trends that could impact the audit function
* Organise your own workload, ensuring client expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
* Champion your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities where possible

Job Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified, part qualified or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience within UK practice
* Demonstrable track record in the delivery of audit assignments
* Excellent knowledge of ISA and UK GAAP
* Strong experience using relevant audit software, such as ProAudit, Sage and Xero
* Good communication skills, both written and verbally
* Strong time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
* A team player who is eager to support the wider team
* Ability to work autonomously and organise own workload
* A drive for progression and self-development within the firm
