To audit and monitor physical health assessments within the team, and in doing so, ensuring the service adheres to the NICE National Early Intervention Standards target of 90% of service users having received or refused a physical health assessment. To directly supervise the band 5 Cameo physical health coordinator post and ensure consistent practice across the whole of the Cameo service. Assessment and intervention to be delivered via a health coaching model in relation to physical health, namely effective self management of any physical health illnesses, weight management, nutritional advise, substance misuse, sexual health, exercise regimes, smoking cessation.
