We are looking to extend our opening hours so you will be required to work mostly lunchtimes and weekends.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes according to our menu specifications
* Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
* Collaborating with the Head Chef to prepare meals
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
* Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
* Rotating stock items as per established procedures
* Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
* Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry
* Working knowledge of mathematical principles such as ratios and proportions
