Job Summary This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join a busy however friendly care office. As the Care Coordinator you will need to be dynamic, enterprising, be able to work alone and equally well as part of a team. TLC Care at Home are looking for a person that has excellent rota skill and organisation skills, some one that can develop new area's and and teams, develop ways to employ high quality care support staff. This position will require some one that can work well under pressure, that is flexible, will need to attend care calls when no cover can be found, This is not a 9-5pm position and requires some one who is flexible, dedicated and competitive. The Position: As the Care Coordinator there are many varying duties that you would be required to undertake including: The main role in this position will working on our rota system, allocating hours to carers, covering holiday, sickness. Liaising with carer's and Client's Building and developing rounds and new area's Allocating care staff & ensuring rotas are in order, completed and sent out to carers (We work with Atlas People Planner) Holiday, sickness and emergency care calls are assigned appropriately Liaise with professional care organisations to enhance and develop the package of care for the client Assist in business development and growth Assist in the recruitment process Provide excellent levels of customer service at all times Confirm details of carer visits to service users To attend care calls in case of emergency or to cover sickness The hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm,with participation on the "on call" As the Care Coordinator you will have: Experience of at least two years of working within a similar role before is essential Health and Social Care level 4 desirable Excellent organisation skills Good literacy and numeracy skills Good presentation skills Strong staff management skills Computer literate Must be a good communicator and a people person Must be calm and able to work well under pressure Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements Full driving license with business insurance Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
