Are you passionate about supporting employee growth and development? We are looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our client. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate and enhance training and development initiatives across a group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Arrange and coordinate cost-effective training and development activities.
2. Develop and manage onboarding programmes for new starters and internal movers.
3. Support the creation and maintenance of skills matrices and training schedules.
4. Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and internal teams.
5. Assist with apprenticeship training plans, college reviews, and progress monitoring.
6. Promote continuous professional development across the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
7. Experience in a training and development role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
8. Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes is desirable.
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and databases.
11. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
12. A proactive and hands-on approach to learning and development.
13. A relevant CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential.
