Are you passionate about supporting employee growth and development? We are looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our client. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate and enhance training and development initiatives across a group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange and coordinate cost-effective training and development activities.
* Develop and manage onboarding programmes for new starters and internal movers.
* Support the creation and maintenance of skills matrices and training schedules.
* Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and internal teams.
* Assist with apprenticeship training plans, college reviews, and progress monitoring.
* Promote continuous professional development across the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a training and development role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and databases.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A proactive and hands-on approach to learning and development.
* A relevant CIPD qualification is advantageous but not essential.
