We are looking for an additional team member on a full time basis and are offering one 37.5 hr p/w contract. This is a great opportunity for the right people to join a well established and supportive team in an ever changing and challenging environment. The individual will need to be flexible in their approach to working hours as the reception team provide a 24 hours service, 7 days per week. Main duties of the job Greeting all patients who arrive to the Emergency Department and book them on to the computer system to ensure that vital treatment can begin is the essential part of this multi-faceted role. The successful applicants must be self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure. Our Emergency Department sees an average of 250 patients though our doors each day and with 5 areas of treatment, it can prove extremely demanding. A knowledge of CERNER is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
