Internal Sales Executive
Four Squared Recruitment is representing a dynamic business seeking a confident and experienced Internal Sales Executive. This flexible role offers both part-time and full-time options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact a targeted list of businesses to schedule qualified sales appointments.
* Collaborate with a supportive team of internal sales executives.
* Generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
* Understand customer needs and explain how services can add value to their business.
* Maintain and improve the prospect database.
* Research and identify new leads.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role, making outbound calls.
* Confident communicating with senior decision-makers (MDs, FDs, HR Directors, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills, telephone manner, and time management.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Located within commuting distance to Shirley, Solihull.
