Purpose of the Role
The Digital and Data Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing our client's customer database with a focus on enhancing data quality, volume, and compliance.This role includes supporting teams and partners with best practices for data collection, usage, and storage in line with GDPR and company regulations.Additionally, the Specialist will oversee key digital and data solution performance and manage reporting to improve lead and chat conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Database Management
* Oversee the customer database, managing data extraction, reporting, and CRM campaign evaluation.
* Support the database transition from Siebel to Salesforce, ensuring improvements and policy compliance.
* Advise internal teams on data-driven decisions and compliance practices.
Lead Management
* Manage third-party relationships to streamline lead distribution to dealers and centres.

Chat Management
