Job Description
1. Daily processing of all purchase invoices
2. Daily processing of all overhead purchase invoices
3. Monitor and maintain the accounts inbox providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
4. Post check and processing of monthly company credit card expenses
5. Staff expenses
6. Supplier payments
7. Proforma and prepayments
8. Reconciling all payment and generation of BACS files
9. Reconciling and payments of all FX invoices
10. Preparation and distribution of remittances
11. Supplier statements reconciliation
12. Credit card statements reconciliation
13. Fuel card statement reconciliation
14. Balance sheet control accountant reconciliation
The Successful Applicant
1. May be studying towards an accountancy qualification (AAT)
2. Must have experience in a similar role
3. Strong MS Excel skills
