What skills and experience we're looking for
Trinity Academy is a highly oversubscribed free school that opened in 2019. We are a values based community that focuses on the learning of all students and staff, that cares deeply for our young people and each other and that is committed to co-curricular enrichment. Our stated goal is to be a +1 school for progress and as such, we are looking for a highly motivated, professional and well qualified teacher and future leader to join us in our mission.
This is a critical moment for us as we sit our first set of A levels in the summer of 2026. Co-planning, coaching and weekly professional development are all timetabled to ensure that you have the opportunity to be an exceptional practitioner and in a world class teaching team.
This is a unique opportunity to join an outstanding humanities team that is unashamedly ambitious in its mission and vision for its students. The focus of this role will be REP but some of the role (up to 50%) will be teaching across the humanities.
