What you'll do
The Commercial team within Consumer Mobile drives commercial leadership, strategy and performance management of the mobile P&L and commercial strategy within proposition design across the mobile portfolio of segments - pay monthly, pre pay, and sub brands Talkmobile and VOXI.
* Building and delivering the P&L targets (revenue & margin) for Consumer Mobile
* Commercial Governance - Weekly P&L meeting, Monthly Mobile MOR meeting, Specific portfolio and product performance governance (Convergence, Prepay etc)
* Accountable for commercial decision making that drives the mobile commercial strategy across new propositions, segmented multi-brands, and channel distribution. PIRs of new proposition launches and course correction plans
* Annual revenue leakage targets >£2m benefit direct to bottom line mobile P&L
Who you are
* Strong strategic and commercial skills with proven experience of developing marketing strategies in complex and rapidly changing industries
* Extensive experience in executing growth strategies to drive substantial P&L's
* Extensive experience in proposition design and marketing execution
* Strong experience in driving people and cultural change
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience in partner and supplier management
* Deep industry expertise
