The Role
You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing campaigns that build loyalty, drive spend and enhance customer lifetime value.
You'll have the opportunity to bring innovative strategies to life across a range of channels, including email, app notifications, SMS, and direct mail.
Using customer data and insights, you'll craft highly targeted campaigns to optimise results. With a strong focus on personalisation, you'll help shape the CRM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and lifecycle insights.
2. Drive engagement across digital and traditional channels, with a particular focus on app push notifications and personalised messaging.
3. Analyse campaign performance and present actionable insights to refine strategies.
4. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.
5. Lead and support a small but dynamic team.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
1. Proven experience in multi-channel CRM and direct marketing.
2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
3. Expertise in digital marketing channels, including app push notifications and email.
4. Previous experience with campaign management tools and a multi-channel retail environment would be an advantage.
5. Man management experience.
