Assets & Estate Manager - London

Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Review, develop and maintain the itsu property strategy for both the existing portfolio and new opportunities to enhance Estate performance.
2. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the estate budget, ensuring cost control and adherence to budgets.
3. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external consultants, ensuring effective collaboration.
4. Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate lease terms and build relationships with landlords and stakeholders.
5. Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects/work streams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Proven experience in acquisitions or property development, ideally within the retail or hospitality sectors.
2. Qualifications: MRICS or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
3. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of retail and hospitality property markets, lease negotiations, and financial analysis.
4. Self-Motivated: Ability to manage a portfolio independently and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
5. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
