Location City Derry / Londonderry Overview of Role As an IT Support Technician in the End User Technology team, you will be the first point of contact for end users who need assistance, and you will help build a robust working environment using the latest Microsoft technologies. Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Exchange, SharePoint, Teams - certification advantageous An understanding of key service desk practices such as Asset Management, Fulfilment Request, Incident, Change & Problem Management An ability to manage assigned daily tasks through to completion Primary responsibilities include: Resolve incidents in-line with our defined Incident Management practice. Monitor, respond and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or personnel. Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the service desk system. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
