CK Group are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator, to join a global leading food brand company, at their site based in Birmingham, on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
£14.74 per hour PAYE.
Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator Role:
* Interview scheduling.
* External offer paperwork preparation and onboarding, managing the onboarding experience for new starter.
* Providing compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork.
* Data entry.
Your Background:
* Hold a relevant educational background or have equivalent working experience.
* Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good general knowledge of how a hiring process is structured.
* Be process driven.
