Hours of work: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,308 Per Annum + Commission Structure (On average £7,200 per annum)

Responsibilities of the role:
1. Attend client appointments to provide expert advice and guidance on drafting Wills and arranging Lasting Powers of Attorney, ensuring a tailored approach for each individual’s needs.
2. Deliver a bespoke RightWill service that reflects the unique requirements of every client while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
3. Manage a diverse and high-volume caseload, overseeing each client file from initial instruction through to completion.
4. Organise and attend signing meetings with clients to ensure proper execution of legal documents.
5. Perform high-level administrative tasks to create accurate, legally compliant documents.
6. Work closely with colleagues across the business to uphold our core purpose, cultural values, and commitment to excellence.
7. Maintain precise and timely reporting of appointment outcomes through the internal CRM system.
Key Skills & Attributes:
1. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, delivering a personalised and empathetic service.
2. Understanding of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and related legal processes (or a willingness to develop in this area).
3. Exceptional accuracy in preparing documents and managing administrative tasks.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to clients.
5. Team-oriented mindset, working seamlessly with colleagues to support the business’s values and objectives.
6. Commitment to delivering outstanding service that exceeds client expectations.
7. A bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
*Due to the nature of the role, a Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is essential for the role.
