We would be open to locate this role in one of our key European locations (e.g. Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt etc.). Possession of sound knowledge and experience of digital areas within Real Estate industry and of interacting effectively with heads of businesses is (highly) preferred for this role. Role Purpose The purpose of this position is to shape and implement digital strategy, lead multiple data & technology projects and products with direct accountability for their delivery across Europe. You will be responsible for scaling local products to other European markets, driving pilots, MVP development and the delivery of digital tools across countries, backed by your strong technology background, management skills and strategic product vision. Key Responsibilities - Work with Head of Strategic Operations and business leaders, to define and implement the data and technology strategy for CBRE's leasing and consulting business across Europe - Work with a team of product and project managers to ensure that IT projects and operations translate into business value, teams have the right support and provide that support where necessary - Be the voice of the business when engaging the Digital & Technology team and be clear about the business outcomes and purposed behind every project - Build a clear roadmap and champion this across the business - Oversee and manage processes related to the development, delivery and support of strategic digital tools across multiple European countries, including user training and content creation to accelerate adoption - Drive the expansion of local products and programme management to facilitate cross-border and cross-LOB rollouts - Collect and prioritize business requirements and oversee stakeholder alignment - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Manage and mitigate execution risks for all projects - Orchestrate interdependencies for projects that go beyond digital enablement for flawless execution of projects Person Specification - Minimum bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience in a similar role - Effective communication and excellent presentation skills - Team player with self-confidence, assertiveness and decisiveness, as well as great problem-solving skills and growth mindset - Ability to manage complex business stakeholders and structure in an international and fast-paced environment - Proven track record of project management, vendor and partner management - Adept at balancing multiple projects and portfolio management expertise along change management - Exceptional technical knowledge with commercial and legal awareness (e.g. data privacy, cybersecurity) paired with strong execution will - Agile methodology certifications (e.g. Scrum) and tools (e.g. Jira) welcome - The ideal candidate knows how to deliver great customer experience, move metrics by using data-informed decisions and can instill a clear framework around how to ship digital products that delight About CBRE CBRE Group, Inc.
