A new permanent opportunity has arisen working for a global professional services company. This is a newly created role and will report directly into the International Payroll Manager.
This is a pivotal part of the payroll function and will require candidates to be responsible for:
1. Managing multiple country payrolls - 25+ EMEA & APAC countries
2. Working with the International Payroll Manager to implement new payrolls across new EMEA & APAC jurisdictions
3. Dealing with and resolving any escalated payroll queries
4. Ensuring payroll compliance to local regulations
5. Preparing year-end reporting
6. Managing a small payroll team on a daily basis - identifying areas of training and support
7. Assisting with project related work
Although not essential, it would be highly beneficial if you are CIPP qualified.
