Customer Services - Team Leader
Location: Rugby (Outskirts – car driver essential)
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 - plus annual bonus up to 4% of salary
Contract: Permanent
Purpose of Role:
To support and manage 3-4 Customer Service Administrators to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience from order to project completion.
Duties:
1. Training staff
2. Responsible for overseeing the order processing - ensuring equipment is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Managing escalation of queries, more complex issues, and complaints.
4. To resolve challenges for customers when orders cannot be fulfilled.
5. Finalisation of projects working with the Sales Team.
6. Adhering to company processes and procedures.
7. Develop good working relationships with Sales, Logistics, and Accounts Departments.
8. Build excellent relationships with customers.
9. Conduct staff appraisals for development.
Experience:
1. Previous experience within a senior role
2. Knowledge of CRM systems
3. Good knowledge of MS Office (essential)
4. Strong administration and customer service skills
5. Ability to work calmly in a busy environment
6. Ability to motivate a team
