Director, Marketing, Equipment Services What you'll do - Lead a team of global marketers managing a cross target market segment s, driving growth of a Cytiva's equipment services portfolio and spare parts - Directly contribute to the development of annual marketing tar gets based on funnel fill, funnel coverage and consequential business growth. Deliver budgeted performance for the business in alignment and coordination with our hardware business unit marketers across Cytiva.. - Drive rigorous processes for marketing demand generation across a decentralized site structure. - Participate in defining and planning a customer focused marketing strategy with short- and long-term plans - Maintain a robust marketing funnel fill rate to forecast future orders and d rive bookings and revenue growth and results to achieve annual budget - Adhere, implement, and improve global processes and metrics to effectively drive the business - Oversee and review the implementation of policies and procedures that ensure strict compliance with all brand, legal and regulatory requirements. - Utilize the Danaher DBS Growth tools and Daily Management, Holistic View of Commercial ( HVC )/Commercial Growth Engine e tc to drive continuous improvement in marketing process and growth drivers - Interface across Cytiva marketing teams i n all equipment BUs and global marcom teams t o facilita te effective marketing planning and execution such as Business Unit ( S trategic Marketing, Demand Generation, Business Insights and Marketing Operations ), Quality, Budget, Human Resources and Legal compliance Who you are - Industry leader with bachelor's Degree in Scientific discipline, Marketing, Business, or related field - More than 10 years Experience in Marketing in the Life Science industry - Proven successful record in sales and/or marketing leadership as well as leadership of a complex multifunctional marketing organization. Successful functioning in a demanding, action-oriented environment. Must have proven credentials of working in a results-focused, high-performance team that has driven lead generation and demonstrated innovation in approaches in a highly competitive environment. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization, including sales, field application, business unit/strategic marketing, quality/regulatory and legal. Also demonstrated success working with other Operating Company functions and external suppliers/service providers. The ideal candidate will have successfully overcome obstacles, either structural or interpersonal, that have presented collaboration in prior roles. - The successful candidate will have the ability to leverage strong strategic and analytical capabilities to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and demonstrate the ability to conceive innovative marketing approaches and translate these into executable plans which generate results. This role is site-based in our Amersham, UK offices, and reports to the Senior Director, Marketing, Hardware Systems.
