Role: Recruitment Resourcer
Salary : £22,000 to £25,000 per annum, plus commission bonuses and benefits

Job Overview: As an IT Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our delivery team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying IT candidates for various roles provided by our sales team. You will be part of our resource team in the UK and overseas to search and qualify the right prospects to deliver to our sales team. This journey will give you valuable experience in the IT recruitment industry. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, job search platforms, and internal databases to identify potential IT candidates.
* Screening Candidates: Conduct initial phone screenings / technical tests to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Building Talent Pools: Maintain a database (Thebes Towers) of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
* Job Advertising: Post job adverts on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
* Maintaining Relationships: Keep in touch with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
* Sales Team: You will have daily re-acurring meetings with our sales team, to understand the needs and requirements and conversate with ongoing and current activity.
* Lead Generation: Identify new leads from qualifed prospects to pass on to our sales team for potential new business.
Requirements:
* Interest in IT: A basic understanding of or interest in technology and IT roles.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates professionally.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to screen resumes and identify relevant skills.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
* Experience in Recruitment (Preferred but Not Essential): Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not required.
